The Detroit Regional Convention Center Authority requests proposals from qualified foodservice contractors to provide the food/beverage services at Cobo Hall located in Detroit, Michigan. A MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING WIL BE HELD FEBRUARY 18, 2010.at Cobo Hall, One Washington Avenue, Detroit, Michigan 48226 at 9 a.m. EST. RFP 10-117 Shuttle Bus and Transportation Services for Cobo Center. Issued 2/11/10, Bids due 3/4/2010
The Detroit Regional Convention Facility Authority desires to establish a one year contract with a provider of shuttle transportation services for its convention, trade show and business clients to move attendees between Cobo Center and their respective lodgings or area transportation centers. The successful bidder will be required to provide shuttle bus services for the 2010 SAE World Congress on April 13, 14 & 15, 2010.
