Joseph E. Ruffolo

Mr. Ruffolo is a senior human resources executive with 30 years’ experience and proven success in all core human resources functions, and serves as Chief Human Resources Officer. He has particular expertise in organizational (re)design and strategy development, succession planning and career development, labor relations and contract negotiations. Joseph has served as the executive vice president of human resources for three North American automotive Tier 1 suppliers: Guide Corp., ACSYS Technologies Inc. and Peregrine Incorporated.

He managed global human resources for Varity Corporation’s Kelsey Hayes Business Group, and was director of human resources for the Dayton Walther Corp. Currently he is a partner with Human Capital Strategies LLC, a full-service human resources management consulting firm. Joseph is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management, past member of the Association for the Management of Organizational Design and a former mentor in the Menttium 100 Program.
